Unlimited Optus to Fleet Bolt Ons: The Total Business Voice Cap Unlimited
Optus to Fleet Bolt Ons provide you with unlimited calls from the Optus Mobile
Digital Services connected on your Optus Total Business Voice Cap Plan account
to other Total Business Voice Cap Optus Digital Mobile services on the same
billing account. The Optus Mobile Fair Go™ policy applies. The Total Business
Voice Cap Optus to Fleet Bolt On is not available with ‘yes’ Business Rewards
or any other rewards. International Calling Bolt Ons: The International Calling
Bolt Ons provide a set amount of included value to be used on international
calls and international SMS made from Australia, using your Optus GSM Mobile.
International Calling Bolt On call rates apply and may be updated at anytime.
For current rates see optus.com.au Your ordinary rate plan applies to calls and
messages not included in this offer. International Calling Bolt Ons can be
cancelled or changed to another International Calling Bolt On at any time. If
you cancel this offer before the end of your billing period, any unused portion
of the monthly subscription fee will be credited to your account. There is a
limit of one change of plan per month.
BlackBerry: TBCAP BlackBerry BES plans include unlimited monthly usage
allowance of BlackBerry email and internet browsing through the BlackBerry
Internet Browser and/or the BlackBerry Browser and specifically excludes
browsing through the Optus Zoo Browser. The ‘yes’ Business BlackBerry BIS plan
includes unlimited monthly usage of POP3 BlackBerry email only. Use of the
BlackBerry Browser, applications from Optus and Third party applications that
require a Data connection are included up to 512MB usage. Excess usage over
this limit will be charged at $0.005 per KB. Usage includes both uploads and
downloads. Usage of other services will be charged at your agreed rates.
International data roaming usage is specifically excluded from the usage
allowance.
Total Business Cap BlackBerry Service Level: TBCAP BlackBerry
monthly fee is charged per service and in addition to your TBCAP plan charge.
Total Business Cap BlackBerry Account Level (BES customers only): TBCAP
BlackBerry monthly fee is charged to your account dependant on the plan
selected and is in addition to your TBCAP plan charge. See page 4 and 5 for
full terms and conditions.
Total Business Cap – Voice
Total Business Voice Cap (TBVCAP) Plans: For technical and commercial
reasons not all eligible customers will be able to be connected to a Total
Business Voice Cap. Total Business Voice Cap customers are not entitled to
‘yes’ Business Rewards benefits or any other Rewards. General: Offer cannot be
combined with other offers or rewards unless stated. Optus supplies these
services to you on the terms of Optus Standard Form of Agreement (the
Agreement). The agreement is made up of your application, the consumer terms
and the service descriptions, standard pricing tables and any relevant
appendices and contains full details of the service and the terms and
conditions of supply of each service including charging, billing, terms and
cancellation. Copies of all documents that make up your Agreement (excluding
your application) are available on the Optus website at
optus.com.au/standardagreement.
1. Available to eligible, credit approved Optus small or medium business
customers as defined by Optus connecting to a Optus Digital Mobile service or
Business Phone service on one of the Total Business Voice Cap (TBVCAP)
TBVCAP$149, TBVCAP$199, TBVCAP$299, TBVCAP$399, TBVCAP$499, TBVCAP$599,
TBVCAP$699, TBVCAP$799, TBVCAP$899, TBVCAP$999, TBVCAP$1,599, TBVCAP$2,099,
TBVCAP$2,499, TBVCAP$3,299, TBVCAP$4,299, TBVCAP$5,299, TBVCAP$6,299 and
TBVCAP$8,199 Plans. Optus Pre-paid, Satellite, service provider customers, or
Corporate customers are not eligible.
2. For TBVCAP Optus Digital Mobile
customers, pay the first minimum ‘Cap Plan’ amount worth of standard national
voice calls, standard national SMS and MMS, International SMS, standard
national video calls, VoiceMail, PTT, national mobile to mobile diversions and
calls to 13/1300 and 1800 numbers each monthly billing period and you will
receive a set amount of ‘Optus to Fleet’ value and ‘Optus to Anyone’ value per
month. You will pay the minimum cap amount per month even if you do not make
calls to that value, after which standard rates of your plan will apply. For
the part month, you will pay only part of the minimum cap amount and you will
also receive only part of the ‘Optus to Fleet’ value and ‘Optus to Anyone’
value. ‘Optus to Fleet’ value includes standard national voice calls, standard
national video calls and standard national SMS and MMS made from the TBVCAP
Optus Digital Mobile service to another TBVCAP Optus Digital Mobile service
that is on the same TBCAP billing account. If you exceed your ‘Optus to Fleet’
in any one billing period, standard rates of your plan will apply for calls and
messages unless you have included value remaining in the ‘Optus to Anyone’
value bucket. Standard rates of your plan apply for any call and message types
that are not included as part of your plan’s included value. ‘Optus to Anyone’
value includes standard national voice calls, standard national SMS and MMS,
International SMS, standard national video calls, VoiceMail, PTT, national
mobile to mobile diversions and calls to 13/1300 and 1800 numbers made from the
TBVCAP Optus Digital Mobile service. ‘Optus to Fleet’ value and ‘Optus to
Anyone’ value excludes 124 YES (937), International Voice Calls, International
Roaming, International MMS, International Video Calling, International
diversions, Optus Zoo Browsing, Optus Zoo Downloads, Content Packs (unless
specified in promotions), Mobile Internet usage, Mobile IM – Instant Messaging,
TrueLocal usage, Directory Assistance, Premium SMS and MMS, VOIP services and
usage and 19XX services. If you exceed your ‘Optus to Anyone’ value in any one
billing period, standard rates of your plan will apply for calls and messages.
3. For TBVCAP Business Phone service customers, pay the first minimum
‘Cap Plan’ amount worth of standard national voice calls, standard local calls
and standard calls to Australian GSM Mobile services each monthly billing
period. You will pay the minimum cap amount per month even if you do not make
calls to that value, after which standard rates of your plan will apply. All
calls made from a TBVCAP Business Phone service will be included in your
allocated ‘Optus to Anyone’ value. For the part month, you will pay only part
of the minimum cap amount and you will also receive only part of the ‘Optus to
Anyone’ value. ‘Optus to Anyone’ value includes standard national voice calls,
standard local calls and standard calls to Australian GSM Mobile services made
from the TBVCAP Business Phone service. ‘Optus to Anyone’ value excludes
international calls, 19XX calls, calls to Satellite phones, Directory
Assistance, Operator Service calls, Voicemail subscription and retrievals and
calls made over another carrier’s network (e.g using an override code).
Standard rates apply to these call types. If you exceed your ‘Optus to Anyone’
value in any one billing period, standard rates of your plan will apply for
calls.
4. Optus Local and Long Distance Fair Go™ Policy applies.
5.Any unused included value does not rollover into the next month.
6. You must connect a minimum of 2 voice services (of which, 1 must be
an Optus Digital Mobile service) to your TBVCAP account and may connect up the
maximum number of services permitted for that TBVCAP at any one time. If you do
not maintain the minimum number of voice services required, Optus may transfer
any remaining service to another plan.
7. You will receive a set amount
of equipment credit if you connect to a 12 or 24 month plan. Equipment credit
may only be used to purchase handsets and devices from the pre-defined TBVCAP
equipment list. Cannot be redeemed for cash, cheque, used towards your call
charges or used to offset a cancellation fee, change of plan fee, installation
fee or connection fee. TBVCAP voice service equipment credit is only available
for mobile hardware. Once the equipment credit has been used, any remaining
equipment charges will appear as a charge on your next bill up to a maximum of
$500. Hardware purchased in excess of $500 over and above the TBVCAP equipment
credit amount must be purchased outright separate from the TBVCAP equipment
credit.
8. VoiceMail Bolt On: Upon request, customers may purchase the
VoiceMail bolt on for their TBVCAP. The VoiceMail Bolt On is only for VoiceMail
usage related to the Optus Digital Mobile services on the TBVCAP account. An
extra fee is charged per month to receive unlimited VoiceMail. VoiceMail Bolt
On Fees are as follows: TBVCAP$149: $25, TBVCAP$199: $25, TBVCAP$299: $25,
TBVCAP$399: $50, TBVCAP$499: $50, TBVCAP$599: $50, TBVCAP$699: $75, TBVCAP$799:
$75, TBVCAP$899: $75, TBVCAP$999: $125, TBVCAP$1,599: $125, TBVCAP$2,099: $150,
TBVCAP$2,499: $250, TBVCAP$3,299: $250, TBVCAP$4,299: $250, TBVCAP$5,299: $450,
TBVCAP$6,299: $450, TBVCAP$8,199: $450. Optus Mobile Fair GoTM Policy applies.
If you do not select a VoiceMail Bolt On, voicemail retrievals will be charged
at a rate of 30c per 30 seconds.
9. Optus Push to Talk (PTT): To use PTT
you must have an Optus compatible handset with the PTT service. The PTT service
in only available for use between customers on the Optus GSM network. Message
delivery success, message delivery time and call initiation time may be
variable. You will incur the daily fee in any 24 hour period, from 3am Sydney
EST, that you initiate a PTT call on the service. You will be charged $0.95c
per day. Optus Mobile Fair GoTM Policy applies.
10. Text Messages (SMS):
Charged at 25c per message sent of up to 160 characters, per recipient.
International SMS charged at 50c per message sent of up to 160 characters, per
recipient. Message charges may be incurred for up to eight days from the
original send date regardless of successful delivery or not.
11. SMS
cannot be sent to Satellite customers.
12. Photo Message (MMS): National
MMS is charged at 50c per message sent, per recipient. International MMS
charged at 75c per message sent, per recipient. Optus Email MMS is charged at
50c per message sent (one message can be sent to multiple recipients). Charges
apply regardless of successful delivery or not. If an MMS message is sent to a
handset or network that is not Optus MMS enabled or compatible, the message
recipient will be sent an SMS directing the customer to go to
www.optus.com.au/zoo to view their
message. You will still be charged for sending an MMS.
13. Optus Dual
Band Service: Refers to our 2100MHz/900MHz Network. Optus dual band
handset/device can provide access to 3G services in the Optus dual band
coverage area. Optus 3G Services: Refers to our 2100MHz network. Optus 3G
handset/device can provide access to 3G services only in the Optus 2G coverage
area. Outside these areas, service will fall back to our Optus GSM/GPRS

Video Calling: Only available between video capable handsets within a dual band
or 3G coverage area. If you or the other person on the video call move out of
the 3G or dual band coverage area, your video call will drop out and you will
only have the option to call the person back with a voice call.

iPhone Mobile as Modem: Included data excludes tethered modem access unless the
Bus iPhone as Modem access is taken.
16. Optus Zoo & MyZooNow: Optus
Zoo activation time may take up to 24 hours. Optus will endeavour to provide
current, accurate information but makes no guarantee regarding the timely
delivery, currency, or accuracy of any information provided to you as part of
the Optus Zoo Update service. Content may be suspended, changed, or terminated
without notice. Optus is not responsible for third party content, and sites may
be subject to change. Additional charges may apply to access and subscription
to third party content. Content is tailored for viewing on Optus 3G and may not
include all content and features of Internet websites.
17. Diversions:
charged at 5.5c per 30 seconds within Australia plus international call rates
for overseas.
18. Directory Assistance/1223: charged at 50c per call.
19. 124YES: charged at $1.10 per call plus the standard local call rates.
20. Operator Assistance: charged public network rates plus an airtime
surcharge of 11c per 30 seconds (7am-8pm, Mon-Sat) and 5.5c per 30 seconds
other times.
21. AutoRoam: available to Optus Digital Mobile services.
Must be arranged before going overseas and activation is subject to acceptance
by Optus. Optus makes no warranty regarding the quality and availability of
coverage or any services. It may take several months for roaming charges to
appear on your mobile tax invoice.
22. International Calls: charged at
the ‘yes’ International rates.
23. For iPhone users, tethered modem is
excluded from your included data value unless you have added the iPhone as
Modem Access bolt on. If you are able to access such services, your use of such
services will be charged at prevailing rates.
24. For Business Phone you
will be required to pay an additional service fee of $20 per line per month in
addition to the TBVCAP monthly access fee. Some services, eg. ISDN are not
classified as standard local calls.
25. You need to be a preselected
Optus Long Distance customer to be eligible for all Local Call Plans (Business
Phone). Optus reserves the right to apply higher line rental and local rates if
you cancel your long distance service. Most features and services are able to
be transferred with your local call service however there may be some
exceptions. The Optus Local Direct Business Phone Service allows you to make
and receive calls via our network from a telephone located at your premises.
The service also allows you access to a range of other telephone services,
including a standard telephone number, a directory listing, provision of
directory assistance and operator services and other enhanced calling features.
In addition to your rights under the consumer terms, you may have certain
rights and remedies under the Customer Service Guarantee. See www.acma.gov.au
BlackBerry: Any of the Total Business Cap BlackBerry plans may be added to an
existing TBCAP Voice service. If you choose one of these plans and you do not
have a TBCAP Voice service, for the BlackBerry service you will automatically
be charged the BlackBerry default Voice Rate Plan charges if you make a voice
call from your BlackBerry device. TBCAP BlackBerry BES plan includes unlimited
monthly usage allowance of BlackBerry email and internet browsing through the
BlackBerry Internet Browser and/or the BlackBerry Browser and specifically
excludes browsing through the Optus Zoo Browser. The ‘yes’ Business BlackBerry
BIS plan includes unlimited monthly usage of POP3 BlackBerry email only. Use of
the BlackBerry Browser, applications from Optus and Third party applications

monthly fee is charged per service and in addition to your TBCAP plan charge.
2. Total Business Cap BlackBerry Account Level (BES customers only): TBCAP
BlackBerry monthly fee is charged to your account dependant on the plan

12 Month Plan: If your TBVCAP is changed onto another Optus plan,
disconnected for any reason or you switch carriers within your agreed contract
term of 12 months, you will be required to pay the following amounts plus any
remaining handset payment amount: For termination between months 0-6, $660 for
TBVCAP$149, $900 for TBVCAP$199, $1,080 for TBVCAP$299, $1,400 for TBVCAP$399,
$1,840 for TBVCAP$499, $2,290 for TBVCAP$599, $2,590 for TBVCAP$699, $3,130 for
TBVCAP $799, $3,550 for TBVCAP $899, $3,840 for TBVCAP $999, $5,630 for TBVCAP
$1,599, $7,110 for TBVCAP $2,099, $8,280 for TBVCAP $2,499, $11,020 for TBVCAP
$3,299, $13,500 for TBVCAP $4,299, $16,820 for TBVCAP $5,299, $20,140 for
TBVCAP $6,299 and $26,060 for TBVCAP $8,199 (‘Initial Termination Fee’). And
for terminations between months 7-12 an amount in accordance with the following
calculation: for months 7-9, 70% of the Initial Termination Fee; for months
10-12, 40% of the Initial Termination Fee. Minimum total cost over 12 months is

for TBVCAP$149, $2,260 for TBVCAP$199, $2,710 for TBVCAP$299, $3,510 for
TBVCAP$399, $4,610 for TBVCAP$499, $5,730 for TBVCAP$599, $6,480 for

Paper Invoice Fee: Online billing will be phased in over time and may
not be available to you immediately. If we have advised you that online billing
is available to you and you still choose to have a paper bill posted to you,
you will be charged a paper invoice fee of $2.20. If online billing is not
available to you, we won’t charge you the fee. Optus will advise you of the

Credit Card Fee: If you use a credit, charge or debit card to pay your
bill, a 1% fee (inc. GST) will be charged. This payment processing fee will be
shown on your Optus bill after the payment has been processed. Exemptions may

You will pay the minimum cap amount per month even if you do not use data to
that value, after which standard rates of your plan will apply. For the part
month, you will pay only part of the minimum cap amount and you will also
receive only part of the included data value. Included data value excludes data
used while roaming internationally and all call, message and services types
including third party content and applications. 3. Data usage will be counted
in kilobytes, where 1024KB = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads. If
you exceed your plans included monthly data allowance, excess usage will be
charged at $0.15 per MB or part thereof. 4. Any unused included data value does
not rollover into the next month. 5. You must connect a minimum of 2 data
services to your TBDCAP account and may connect up the maximum number of
services permitted for that TBDCAP at any one time. If you do not maintain the
minimum number of data services required, Optus may transfer any remaining
service to another plan. 6. You will receive a set amount of equipment credit

Optus Wireless Broadband: The Optus Wireless Broadband service is
supplied in accordance with the terms of the Optus Wireless Broadband Standard
Form of Agreement. You must comply with these terms including our Acceptable
Use Policy when using the service.
Eligibility: The service is only
available to customers within the Optus Dual Band (2100/900 MHz) coverage areas
and is subject to network availability, refer to optus. com.au/coverage For
technical and commercial reasons not all locations can receive Optus services
and it is not available in NT or TAS. The service is only available for use
with an Optus supplied SIM card and Optus supplied or Optus approved BYO
wireless data device. A $9.95 modem delivery fee may apply if the modem is
delivered. You are able to obtain an indication of your megabyte usage via the
client application or on the online usage feature in member services.
Use of
the Service: If the supplied SIM card is used in an alternate device (such
as a different Optus Wireless Device or in an Optus mobile phone) then such
usage will count towards your plan’s data allowance. Optus Wireless Broadband
plans may only be used as a data plan.
Speed: Many factors affect speeds
such as your distance from the mobile tower, the capacity and load of the
mobile tower, which bearer you are currently using (GSM, 3G/HSPA), your
hardware and software, the source of your download, and general internet
traffic. The service is subject to network availability. Broadband speeds not
available in GSM-only coverage areas. Refer to

‘yes’ Coverage Commitment: The ‘yes’ Coverage
Commitment applies for a period of 7 days from date of activation. For more

Business Broadband (DSLD): By Signing up for Optus DSLD, you agree to be
bound by our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. The Optus DSLD
service is supplied in accordance with the terms of the Optus DSLD Standard
Form of Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy available at
www.optus.com.au/standardagreement.
Optus DSLD is a Broadband Internet service and provides access to the Internet
and related services. The service provides constant connection to the Internet.
You consent to us contacting you in relation to the service by emailing you at
your primary email address. We may also notify you of any changes to the
service on the Optus website or the Optus customer portal. We may elect to
provide you with access to the service via an alternative access method. If we
choose to change your method of access to the service we will notify you of any
substantial changes to the service and changes to the terms and conditions on
which we provide the service to you. We may also modify aspects of the service
and the delivery of the service to you. Optus services are not available in all
areas or in NT and TAS. For technical and commercial reasons, not all
properties can receive Optus services. To connect to the Optus DSLD service you
must have an access line that is connected to the Optus Local Access Direct
Service and be the account holder of the access line to be used to connect to
the Service. You must also meet all of the minimum system requirements and have
all required equipment installed. You must ensure that the software you use

resell, share or otherwise distribute the service to a third party.
Speed: Speeds are based on network testing. Maximum speed is 20Mbps.
About 70% of Optus Direct customers on the DSLD network can typically access
speeds of over 5Mbps. Actual speeds may be sower as many factors affect speed
such as internet traffic, your line condition, your hardware and software, the
source of the download and your location. We may monitor your account to ensure
you are complying with the agreement. We will investigate misuse of the
service. If we find that you have misused the service we may recover from you
any costs of investigating the misuse and any compensation we are required to
pay to another user as a result of your misuse. You are able to obtain an
indication of your usage via the client application or on the on-line usage

If you have a Back-to-Base alarm system (or other hard-wired monitoring system)
or a PABX (or similar phone system) or four or more telephone devices are
connected on the same line as your Optus DSLD service then you’ll need to
ensure with the provider of that service it is compatible with the Optus DSLD
service (perhaps through the installation of an Approved Central Filter) at
your own expense. Optus DSLD Customer Service will only assist with connection
to a single computer and modem. Connection to multiple computers or a LAN is
permitted, but is your own responsibility and expense. Until Optus successfully
installs your service, we cannot guarantee that Optus DSLD can be installed at
your address.
12 Month Plans: If your TBDCAP is changed onto another Optus plan,
disconnected for any reason or you switch carriers within your agreed contract
term of 12 months, you will be required to pay the following amounts plus any
remaining handset payment amount: For termination between months 0-6, $230 for
TBDCAP$60, $440 for TBDCAP$100, $660 for TBDCAP$150, $880 for TBDCAP$200,
$1,310 for TBDCAP$300, $1,750 for TBDCAP$400, $2,190 for TBDCAP$500, $2,720 for
TBDCAP $600, $3,240 for TBDCAP $700, $4,380 for TBDCAP $1,000, $5,430 for
TBDCAP $1,200, $8,230 for TBDCAP $1,900, $10,950 for TBDCAP $2,500 (‘Initial
Termination Fee’). And for terminations between months 7-12 an amount in
accordance with the following calculation: for months 7-9, 70% of the Initial
Termination Fee; for months 10-12, 40% of the Initial Termination Fee. Minimum
total cost over 12 months is $720 for TBCAP$60, $1,200 for TBDCAP $100, $1,800
for TBDCAP $150, $2,400 for TBDCAP $200, $3,600 for TBDCAP $300, $4,800 for
TBDCAP $400, $6,000 for TBDCAP $500, $7,200 for TBDCAP $600, $8,400 for TBDCAP
$700, $12,000 for TBDCAP $1,000, $14,400 for TBDCAP $1,200, $22,800 for TBDCAP
$1,900, $30,000 for TBDCAP $2,500 plus the cost of any additional handset,
device or accessory if any.
24 Month Plans: If your TBDCAP is changed onto another Optus plan,
disconnected for any reason or you switch carriers within your agreed contract
term of 24 months, you will be required to pay the following amounts plus any

TBDCAP $600, $8,100 for TBDCAP $700, $10,945 for TBDCAP $1,000, $13,575 for
TBDCAP $1,200, $20,580 for TBDCAP $1,900, $27,370 for TBDCAP $2,500 (‘Initial
Termination Fee’). And for terminations between months 13-24 an amount in
accordance with the following calculation: for months 13-15, 80% of the Initial
Termination Fee; for months 16-18, 60% of the Initial Termination Fee; for
months 19-21, 40% of the Initial Termination Fee; for months 22-24, 20% of the
Initial Termination Fee. Minimum total cost over 24 months is $1,440 for
TBCAP$60, $2,400 for TBDCAP $100, $3,600 for TBDCAP $150, $4,800 for TBDCAP
$200, $7,200 for TBDCAP $300, $9,600 for TBDCAP $400, $12,000 for TBDCAP $500,
$14,400 for TBDCAP $600, $16,800 for TBDCAP $700, $24,000 for TBDCAP $1,000,
$28,800 for TBDCAP $1,200, $45,600 for TBDCAP $1,900, $60,000 for TBDCAP $2,500
plus the cost of any additional handset, device or accessory if any.
Paper Invoice Fee: Online billing will be phased in over time and may
not be available to you immediately. If we have advised you that online billing
is available to you and you still choose to have a paper bill posted to you,
you will be charged a paper invoice fee of $2.20. If online billing is not
available to you, we won’t charge you the fee. Optus will advise you of the
availability of online billing before any fee is charged. For further

Credit Card Fee: If you use a credit, charge or debit card to pay your bill, a
1% fee (inc. GST) will be charged. This payment processing fee will be shown on
your Optus bill after the payment has been processed. Exemptions may
