Who can use My Optus

My Optus is for Optus residential and small business mobile customers. Please note My Optus does not support accounts with large fleet plans or plans where usage is shared.

Getting Started

Getting My Optus is simple and quick.

  • Go to App Store, Google Play or Optus App Store on your mobile phone.
  • Download and install My Optus app.
  • The first time you use My Optus make sure your mobile phone WiFi is turned off.
  • Start using My Optus.

Users of iPhones and approved Android smartphones can chat with an Optus Customer Care representative using My Optus app mobile chat capability. Located under the Talk to Us tab you can ask questions about your Optus service and get the answers in the most convenient way yet.

 

Track your Usage

Check how much of your monthly credit you are using, by tracking each different call type. The app breaks down different charge types like a Call vs. Data usage and shows you how much you have left to use for the month.

 

View and Pay bills

Keep track of your bills and avoid late fees by viewing and paying bills on your phone. If you have any questions, just select "talk to us" and we'll put you through to our Billing team.

 

Activate or Deactivate your voicemail

Activate your personal voicemail as you need it 24/7. Your voicemail allows you to record an answering message so you won't miss that important call when you are busy or your phone is off.

Change Call Settings

Always be in touch by diverting* your phone calls to another mobile or voicemail with four options.

  • All Calls - All phone calls to your mobile number will divert.
  • On Busy - When you are on a call, other calls will divert.
  • On Answer - When you hang up a call while ringing, it will divert.
  • Off/No coverage - When you are out of coverage or your phone is off, your call will divert.

*Diversion charges may apply according to your rate plan.

Turn your Missed Call service on or off to receive a text message when you miss a call.

 

Turn on International Roaming

Turn on your International Roaming before you go overseas. #
